Week 1. Had to do major demolition for the sheetrock, flooring, etc. to the bare studs. Removed flooring and broke down the walls to replace them. Dried out all the surfaces to prevent the formation of fungus and rot with several thermal fans. Covered all the wood with an antifungal compound.

Day 3. Collaborated with clients on the future design of their house. Agreed to proceed with plans for full house remodeling. Created schematics and 3-D models of the areas to be remodeled.
